Personal Training Session
$40.00 /hr
1 on 1 supervised exercise session. Consists of weight training, cardiovascular training, and specific areas of concern (pre-existing conditions).
2 Person Group Training Session
$20.00 per person /hr
Minimum 2x per week for 1 month
1 on 2 supervised exercise session. Consists of weight training and cardiovascular training. Great for couples and friends looking for consistency and motivation!
3 Person Group Training Session
$14.00 per person /hr
Minimum 2x per week for 1 month
1 on 3 supervised group exercise session. Consists of weight training and cardiovascular training. A great way to make friends and keep each other accountable!
Plant-Based Nutrition Counseling
$60 /1.5 hours
Introduction to whole foods plant based nutrition, including daily intake requirements, meal planning and grocery shopping.
Marathon Training
$80 /week
15 week program that includes individualized mileage training plan, 2x per week strength training sessions, for those looking to run their first or fastest race. Appropriate for those currently running 15-20 miles per week.
Half Marathon Training
$80 /week
10 week program that includes individualized mileage training plan, 2x per week strength training sessions, for those looking to run their first or fastest race. Appropriate for those currently running or walking 12-15 miles per week.
